Motivational Speaker

Kristin Harila is an inspiring speaker who shares her wealth of experience and knowledge from record-breaking expeditions and life in high-stakes environments. Following her Norwegian speaking tour in 2025, she made history again in 2026 as the first woman to complete the Everest Triple Crown in one season and the first Norwegian to summit Everest without supplemental oxygen. From Mount Vinson and Carstensz Pyramid to the Himalayas, Kristin explores preparation, risk, teamwork and resilience. Her talks offer unique insights for anyone looking to improve their performance and achieve ambitious goals—whether on the mountain or in their personal and professional lives. Her message is clear: success begins long before the summit.
